Job Summary
Provide technical and operational training to Factory Authorized Service Technicians and internal support personnel for assigned commercial high-speed oven product lines. Develop training presentations covering current and discontinued equipment, coordinate logistics for field classes, and maintain accuracy of training materials. Respond to non-routine correspondence requests for service assistance via email, phone, or onsite support, while continuing to expand mastery of product lines and relevant service issues. Participate in an on-call rotation supplying technical support after normal business hours. This role requires 3+ years of HVAC experience, 50% travel, and proficiency in MS Office or online training platforms. Located in Coppell, Texas, this position reports to the Director Regional Service.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-years of HVAC experience in technical service, repair, maintenance or related service support
- Must be able to travel up to 50% of the time
- Must be able to stand/walk/sit in an office environment for extended periods
- Must have strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
- Must be able to travel up to 50% of the time
Desired Qualifications
- HVAC certification
- Experience servicing Commercial Foodservice equipment
- Knowledge of company products
- Skilled in Microsoft Teams or Google Classroom for online training
