Job Summary
HVAC Technician position supporting maintenance teams in nursing home, assisted living, and independent living communities. Responsible for installation, repair, and maintenance of refrigeration, air conditioning, heating units, heat pumps, compressors, and related equipment. Duties include repairing/replacing defective components, reassembling/testing after repairs, inspecting/testing as part of Preventative Maintenance, installing/adjusting thermostats and timers, fabricating/installing duct work, and cutting/drilling for equipment installation. Requires physical ability for manual tasks, EPA certification (license preferred), valid driver’s license, and 1–2 years HVAC experience. Position covers the state of SC with some travel and may be on call; reports to Regional Maintenance Director.
Required Qualifications

- Licensed (preferred)
- 1-2 years HVAC experience preferred
