Job Summary
Experienced HVAC Technician to service, maintain, and repair air conditioning, heating, and ventilation systems across Stockland’s national portfolio; diagnose faults and carry out timely repairs to ensure minimal disruption; conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to maintain system efficiency and reliability; install and commission split systems, ducted air conditioning, and ventilation equipment; monitor and maintain indoor air quality and temperature control to support resident wellbeing; ensure all work complies with Australian standards, safety regulations, and environmental requirements (including refrigerant handling); requires Refrigerant Handling Licence (RHL) and Electrical Work Licence (Restricted or Full); successful candidate will undergo National Police Check and Working with Children’s Check as part of pre-employment processes.
Required Qualifications
- Current Refrigerant Handling Licence (RHL) (ARCtick Licence)
- Electrical Work Licence (Restricted or Full)
- Proven experience in servicing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning and refrigeration systems
- Demonstrated fault-finding and diagnostic experience across split, ducted, and commercial HVAC systems
- Experience carrying out preventative maintenance and routine inspections
- Background working in residential, commercial, or community environments
- Experience with installation and commissioning of HVAC systems (desirable)
- Prepared to undertake necessary pre-employment checks including National Police Check and medical
- Working with Children’s Check - mandatory
