Job Summary
Maintain central HVAC distribution systems, inspect work for proper installation and repair, and update the maintenance management system upon completion. Ensure proper operations in support of all production activities by managing critical HVAC infrastructure. This on-site weekday role requires a valid driver's license, ability to travel up to 10%, and lifting capacity for equipment up to 50 lb. A universal refrigeration license is required or willingness to obtain one, with industrial HVAC and geothermal experience as a plus. Located in Coralville, IA, this position reports to the Manager of Facilities within the Facilities team.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED or relevant experience
- Universal license for refrigeration, or willingness to obtain
- Ability to travel up to 10%
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 50 lb
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in: Industrial HVAC, geothermal systems and BAS controls
- Experience in refrigerator and freezer repairs
