Job Summary
HVAC Technician needed to diagnose, repair, and install plant HVAC systems in industrial manufacturing environments. Responsibilities include installing, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on equipment such as refrigeration, air conditioning, boilers, burners, heat pumps, compressors, and related controls; read mechanical prints/diagrams; engage in maintenance processes; operate power tools and heavy equipment; and collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to troubleshoot and sustain safety, quality, and productivity. Requires EPA 608 Universal Technician Certification, 5+ years of supervisor experience, high school diploma or equivalent, HVAC certification, and willingness to work overtime/weekends. On-site roles in Bay City, TX and Franklin, VA.

- 5+ years of supervisor experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- HVAC Certification required
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
