Job Summary
Direct regional facility operations and oversee assigned personnel to ensure all systems run optimally and work orders complete on time. Partner with support service leadership to coordinate frontline teams, maintain high standards for patient, employee, and visitor services, and manage immediate direction of activities. Requires Massachusetts HVAC/Refrigeration license, CMMS experience, and ability to read MEP schematics. On-call rotation applies after one year.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree in related field or equivalent of five (5) years of Facilities related experience
- Working knowledge of basic Microsoft applications including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with Computer Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Capable of reading a schematic drawing of MEP systems and construction drawings
- Appropriate current licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- Massachusetts HVAC/Refrigeration License
- Fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired
- On Call required after 1 year

- Three (3) years experience in a hospital setting
