Job Summary
Lead a systems engineering team to design, develop, and commission hardware, software, and network-level solutions for HVAC projects. Drive cost-effective engineering practices, ensure regulatory compliance, deliver consistent project outcomes, act as the regional expert in application engineering, mentor direct reports, manage work plans and budgets, and foster customer relationships to enable successful project execution. Emphasizes safety, reuse of proven designs, and advancing technology to improve quality, reliability, and productivity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- minimum of eight years of experience in Application engineering
- Experience in the HVAC industry
- programming controls
- prior experience in supervision of technical/engineering group
- minimum of five years of progressive responsibility in the construction industry
- strong communication skills in presenting technical material
