Job Summary
Assist customers and sales staff with technical HVAC issues and process HVAC product warranties. Troubleshoot HVAC units, source parts, and coordinate quotes, orders, and returns. Collaborate with warehouse personnel, account managers, and branch managers to resolve warranties, orders, returns, and logistics. Prepare and distribute vendor activity reports (lead times, delivery) and deliver quotes to customers within 24-48 hours. Emphasizes HVAC knowledge, understanding of building trades, and effective communication; supports hybrid work arrangements after training and offers full-time hours with a Monday-Friday schedule and no weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Be a minimum of 18 years of age
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a building trade such as carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, electrical; or a combination of training, education, and experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
