Job Summary
Supervise the HVAC scope from pre-construction to system turnover, managing and directing assigned staff and subcontractors to ensure timely and compliant delivery of mechanical systems. Assist the Mechanical Lead with constructability reviews and planning sessions with Client and Design Teams while engaging with Design, Commissioning, and Client teams to achieve scheduled system turnovers. Ensure projects are adequately resourced with skilled personnel, plant, tools, and temporary facilities by adhering to site SOPs, health and safety regulations, and project Quality Plan criteria. Review contractor progress reports, record lessons learned, and encourage innovation and best practice. This role is based in Frankfurt, Germany, with a rotation plan available.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HVAC Supervisor on pharmaceutical, life sciences, or large-scale mechanical projects
- Strong knowledge of mechanical construction and site supervision practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
- Understanding of Irish construction health and safety regulations
- Ability to manage multiple contractors, schedules, and quality standards
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results
