Job Summary
Oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of all heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, including chillers, air handling units, boilers, and cooling towers. Lead and manage the HVAC team by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing technical guidance while conducting training on maintenance procedures and safety practices. Prepare work schedules to ensure adequate manpower and supervise installation, upgrades, and replacement projects by reviewing technical drawings and estimating materials and labor. Ensure all work complies with safety standards, design requirements, and hotel quality standards while reporting hazards and incidents immediately. Maintain optimal indoor air quality and temperature through preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and preventive maintenance techniques
- Leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read HVAC schematics, technical manuals, and drawings
- Attention to detail and time management skills
