Job Summary
Residential New Construction HVAC Field Superintendent leads the mechanics, acts as liaison between the builders and office support, and ensures technical performance and adherence to procedures. Responsible for ensuring materials are at the job site, scheduling labor, evaluating work quality at each construction phase, communicating challenges to the project manager, and contributing to the project’s profitability and meeting deadlines while maintaining quality and safety. Requires strong communication, leadership, and mentoring abilities with a focus on coordinating trades, managing subcontractors, and upholding project timelines.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of residential install experience
- 2 years of supervisory experience
- Experience communicating with Builders
- Experience managing tradesmen and Subcontractors
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Leadership ability
