Job Summary
Oversee all aspects of assigned HVAC projects from award to closeout, working with project managers, general contractors, and suppliers to create and implement schedules that meet customer deadlines while managing costs. Ensure full compliance with facilities, authorities, and health and safety requirements, coordinating subcontractors and workers to maintain project timelines. Read, analyze, and interpret plans, specifications, contract documents, control drawings, technical procedure manuals, equipment specifications, and governmental regulations. Requires OSHA 30 and NYC DOB SST62 certification, proficiency in construction management software, and 3-5 years of field superintendent experience. Authorized to work in the U.S. Salary commensurate with experience.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of superintendent/field manager experience
- proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and on Budget
- Completion of OSHA 30 hour course
- NYC DOB SST62 certification
- Proficient with construction management software
- ability to read, analyze, and interpret plans, specifications, contract documents, control drawings, technical procedure manuals, equipment specifications and governmental regulations
