Job Summary
Test, inspect, and commission newly installed residential HVAC systems to ensure safe, efficient operation per company and manufacturer standards; identify installation deficiencies, perform basic troubleshooting, and verify systems are ready for homeowner turnover; maintain documentation and ensure compliance with codes, safety policies, and OSHA regulations; requires strong HVAC knowledge, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced residential construction environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of five (5) years of residential HVAC installation or service experience
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Knowledge of residential HVAC systems, controls, and startup procedures
- Basic computer and mobile device proficiency
