HVAC Start up & Warranty Technician

Job Summary
Troubleshoot single and three-phase installations, check heating and cooling equipment for correct operation, and diagnose malfunctioning systems using test equipment to locate breakdown causes. Assess customer needs to offer appropriate products and services while creating and maintaining a database of leads from retail and new construction. Provide constant feedback on competition and marketplace standings, and build relationships with vendor partners to ensure current information availability. Handle product registration for retail and new construction installations. This role requires two years of HVAC experience, EPA certification preferred, and on-call schedules with long hours.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year minimum residential field experience
- Two years of experience in start-up, repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting diverse HVAC service issues
- Experience in retrofit and new construction HVAC installations
- Valid Driver's License
- Clean motor vehicle record
- Must be able to Pass drug Screen
- Must have reliable HVAC tools
- Must be able to lift to 30 pounds at times
- Able to access In and out of attics
- Working On call schedules and long hours
