Job Summary
Perform start-up processes on newly installed multi-family HVAC hydronic, heat pump, VRV, and VRF equipment. Inspect, maintain, and repair various HVAC systems while troubleshooting electrical and mechanical defects. Assist with the installation of new HVAC systems and complete other duties as assigned. This role requires one year of HVAC trade experience or trade school completion, EPA certification, and a valid driver's license. Candidates must work independently full-time Monday through Friday with occasional weekends, year-round, and pass a pre-placement drug screen, background check, and MVR. Required Qualifications
- 1-year work experience in the HVAC Trade or Trade School
- EPA Certification
- Able to work independently
- Able to work full time, Monday – Friday (occasional weekends), year round
- Must pass a pre-placement drug screen
- Must pass a background check
- Must pass an MVR
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have an acceptable driving record, as determined by company standards
