Job Summary
Startup Tech needed to start up, test, and ensure proper operation of newly installed HVAC systems in residential new-construction homes. Responsibilities include starting up systems for the first time, verifying system operation and refrigerant levels, checking thermostat function and overall performance, identifying and reporting install issues, communicating with site contacts, and documenting startup information using digital tools. EPA Certification (Type II or Universal preferred) and 1–3 years of HVAC experience required; valid Florida driver’s license and clean record; drug screening and background check required. Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of HVAC experience (school + field work acceptable)
- EPA Certification (Type II or Universal preferred)

- Reliable transportation and basic hand tools
- Must pass drug screening and background check
