Job Summary
Startup Tech for new residential builds responsible for starting up HVAC systems, verifying proper operation (airflow and refrigerant levels), checking thermostat function and overall system performance, identifying and reporting install issues, and documenting startup information with digital tools; must communicate with team leads and on-site contacts. EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) preferred; 1–3 years HVAC experience; valid Florida driver’s license; drug screening and background check required. Full-time role with growth opportunities and a sign-on bonus in the Tampa, FL area.
