HVAC Sr Account Manager - Virginia Beach

HVAC Sr Account Manager in the Virginia Beach territory responsible for growing existing customer relationships and prospecting new business. You will partner with Independent Manufacturers Representatives, District Office and Service Center Managers, and sales colleagues to meet sales goals, compile lead lists, travel within the territory to solicit orders, and prepare cost estimates and quotes. You’ll coordinate project continuations, verify pricing and terms, develop sales contracts, and perform product surveys to guide improvements. The role requires pipeline reporting, use of sales tools (e.g., energy rebates, ROI), and collaboration with multiple vendors/contractors to deliver complex HVAC solutions. Proactively manage projects from initiation to completion and apply the appropriate tools and resources to support sales efforts, including Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
