Job Summary
Maintain and repair exhaust fans, air handling equipment, pumps, motors, boilers, and cooling towers. Diagnose HVAC and plumbing issues, locate and order parts, and perform coil cleaning, water treatment, and filter changes. Manage Metasys alarms and controls, monitor operating temperatures and airflow, and coordinate with outside contractors for specialized tasks. Address construction-related repairs and complete all work orders timely. Requires a Master HVAC License, six to seven years of experience, and a high school diploma.
