Job Summary
Provide troubleshooting and applications support via phone and email to external customers and internal teams on residential and commercial water-source heat pump, geothermal, and air-conditioning systems. Collaborate with Product Management, Quality, and Warranty teams to resolve technical issues, assist with new product introductions, and develop training resources including technical videos. Perform on-site field troubleshooting as needed, including occasional domestic and international travel for service support. Maintain detailed electronic records of customer interactions and manage departmental communications. Work primarily from the office or home with flexibility for after-hours support during critical rollouts. Requires 3+ years of hands-on HVAC experience and proficiency in system piping, hydronics, and controls.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in HVAC technical support or a related role
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems including Air-to-Air Heat Pumps, Water Source Heat Pumps, and Geothermal, in residential and commercial environments
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Technical knowledge of system piping, hydronics, wiring, water source heat pump controls, heat exchange fluid transfer, air conditioning circuits, compressors
