Job Summary
Maintain and repair exhaust fans, air handling equipment, pumps, motors, boilers, and cooling towers, including greasing bearings, replacing belts, cleaning coils, and diagnosing operational issues. Perform water treatment for closed and condenser loop systems by monitoring chemical levels, adjusting dosages, and maintaining pumps and injectors. Diagnose problems with HVAC and plumbing equipment to determine necessary parts, locate pricing, and order materials. Manage Metasys alarms and controls, ensuring proper operating temperatures and airflow while coordinating with outside contractors for specialized tasks. Execute all work orders promptly to resolve construction defects and system failures.
Required Qualifications
- High School education
- Master HVAC License
- Six to seven years of experience
- Successful candidates will need to complete a pre-employment drug screen
- Successful candidates will need to complete a motor vehicle check
- Successful candidates will need to complete a background check
