Job Summary
Lead and supervise HVAC sheet metal duct installation projects from start to finish, overseeing duct installation at job sites and coordinating with other trades to ensure compliance with specifications. Read blueprints, fabricate ductwork, measure and install, and mentor junior team members on best practices and safety protocols. Manage project timelines, ensure timely completion, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and communicate with clients regarding changes or concerns. Stay updated on HVAC technology and industry trends, with a focus on quality and adherence to standards. Eligible candidates will have hands-on ductwork fabrication and installation experience, leadership experience, and a commitment to safety. Training is available for the right candidate.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in HVAC sheet metal duct installation and leadership roles a plus
- Strong knowledge of ductwork design, and installation techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to safety and adherence to OSHA regulations
- Valid Drivers license
- Must be Dependable
