Job Summary
Perform residential HVAC maintenance, diagnostics, service, and repairs throughout Carrollton, TX, and surrounding communities. Complete approximately 4 to 5 service calls each day, diagnosing and repairing air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, thermostats, and related equipment. Identify system issues accurately, recommend appropriate solutions, and explain repair options and system performance clearly to homeowners while delivering professional customer service. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked service vehicle and follow safety standards and company procedures while delivering high-quality workmanship. No after-hours or on-call schedule; closed every Sunday. EPA Refrigerant Certification required with at least 2 years of residential HVAC service experience.
Required Qualifications
- EPA Refrigerant Certification required
- At least 2 years of residential HVAC service experience
- Strong HVAC troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Experience servicing air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and related residential HVAC systems
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to travel throughout the Carrollton, TX service area
- Ability to lift and carry 25 to 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to complete pre-employment screenings, as permitted by applicable law
- Authorized to work in the United States
