Job Summary
Perform residential HVAC service, repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting in Crestwood, KY and surrounding service areas; diagnose heating and cooling system issues accurately and efficiently; install, maintain, modify, and repair HVAC systems and components; conduct inspections and testing to ensure safety and proper operation; provide clear explanations of services and recommendations to homeowners; build strong customer relationships through professionalism and communication; maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment; participate in team meetings, training sessions, and company events; meet high standards of safety and ethics while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate degree preferred but not required
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift 50-75 pounds
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Ability to operate power tools and HVAC equipment
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Knowledge of HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair procedures
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development
