Job Summary
Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and air conditioning systems while performing preventative maintenance, inspections, and system testing. Communicate clearly with homeowners regarding system concerns and repair recommendations, ensuring all work complies with safety standards, manufacturer guidelines, and local codes. Maintain accurate service records and job documentation while keeping company vehicles, tools, and work areas organized. Participate in an on-call rotation and occasional weekend service schedule within a 50-mile radius of Mandeville. Requires 3 to 5 years of residential HVAC experience, EPA Universal Certification preferred, and a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of residential HVAC service experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic experience with residential HVAC systems
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Availability for rotating on-call and weekend assignments
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift equipment and work in residential service environments as needed
- Position based in New Orleans, Louisiana and surrounding Northshore service areas
- Participate in an on-call rotation and occasional weekend service schedule
Desired Qualifications
- EPA Universal Certification preferred
