Job Summary
Conduct HVAC system cleaning, maintenance, and repairs while troubleshooting defective equipment to diagnose issues. Engage directly with customers to listen to concerns, offer multiple solutions, and drive revenue growth through sales. Maintain daily truck inventory logs and test all completed work to ensure quality. Perform warranty services and operate independently to complete assigned tasks. Requires 2 years HVAC experience, EPA Universal Certification, and a valid driver's license. Schedule includes Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday shifts with bi-weekly pay.
Required Qualifications
- HVAC experience required: 2 years
- EPA Universal Certification required
- Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record
- Ability to work independently to complete tasks
- Preform diagnostic work on all HVAC equipment
- You must have the ability to engage with and actively listen to customers
- Offers multiple solutions based on the customer's concern(s)
- Be driven to exceed weekly and monthly business goals
- Work a Tuesday - Saturday or a Sunday - Thursday shift
