Job Summary
Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential homes while troubleshooting diagnostics for heating, cooling malfunctions, air quality issues, and system inefficiencies. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing filters, cleaning systems, and testing equipment to ensure proper functionality. Engage with customers to inform them of issues, solutions, and the overall status of their HVAC systems, recommending products and services that optimize performance and energy efficiency. Review blueprints and technical diagrams to install or troubleshoot systems properly, ensuring all work follows national and local building codes and regulations. Use Service Titan software to track repairs, maintenance, and service calls, ensuring accurate and detailed documentation while following all safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as an HVAC service technician or a similar role
- Proficient in diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, cooling, and air quality equipment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Desired Qualifications
- HVAC certification or equivalent experience from a technical/trade school is preferred
- Experience with Service Titan or similar trade software is a plus
