Job Summary
Troubleshoot and repair new and old HVAC equipment, including performing warranty service and preventative maintenance. Establish rapport with customers to deliver outstanding service and ensure satisfaction. Complete required paperwork and assigned tasks effectively while following all standard operating procedures and safety protocols. Adapt to extreme temperatures and confined spaces, including rooftops, and work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Maintain a valid driver's license and satisfy driving record requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Satisfactory driving record as required by the company's insurance provider
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, physical, and drug screen
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Able to work in extreme temperatures
- Able to adapt to all environments including but not limited to confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
- Able to lift over 50 pounds
- Able to work extended daily work hours
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred 3 years of HVAC Service, Maintenance, and Repair experience
- Preferred EPA Certified
