Job Summary
Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems while performing system inspections to identify repair, replacement, and cross-category opportunities for plumbing, electrical, insulation, and generators. Present clear options to homeowners regarding comfort, energy efficiency, and indoor air quality, then prepare estimates explaining pricing, warranties, and financing. Flip leads for new system customers and convert qualified opportunities into sales by building trust and maintaining accurate records in Service Titan. Requires 3+ years of residential experience, EPA 608 certification, and TDLR registration, with a valid Texas driver's license and ability to work in challenging environments. Competitive base pay plus commission, company vehicle, and full benefits package available.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of residential HVAC field experience
- EPA 608 certification required or preferred, depending on position
- AC Technician Registration with TDLR (Texas Department of Licensing and Regulations)
- Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Confident, professional, and motivated personality
- Strong sales and closing skills
- Ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Valid Texas driver's license with a good driving record
- Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and other challenging environments
- Ability to meet performance and sales goals
