Job Summary
Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and install HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and mechanical components. Perform service projects from beginning to completion, ensuring total customer satisfaction. Establish clear communications with customers on and off job sites. Assist with inventory maintenance and tool procurement for the service vehicle. Adhere to all safety procedures and policies. Requires current licensed technician status, EPA certification, and experience with water-cooled chillers, steam boilers, and crane signaling. 0-5% travel required.
Required Qualifications
- Current Licensed Technician
- verifiable experience in service of commercial HVAC & refrigeration systems
- EPA Certification
- Water Cooled Chiller VFD Troubleshooting experience
- Water Cooled Chiller Troubleshooting experience
- Chiller rebuild experience
- Startup & Commissioning experience
- Crane signaling and rigging experience
- Steam boiler/system maintenance, troubleshooting, service including setting combustion experience
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented
- willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment
- Versed in the industry and the Company's competitors
- Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary
- Skills level of Tech IV
- 0-5% of time will be spent traveling to job site(s)/office location
- Climbing stairs
- Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods
- Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers
Desired Qualifications
- 18+ verifiable years of experience in service of commercial HVAC & refrigeration systems
