Job Summary
Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and install HVAC equipment and related components for commercial, facilities, and industrial clients using company vehicles. Perform preventive maintenance on rooftop units, chillers, cooling towers, hot water/steam boilers, packaged air conditioners, computer room AC, control systems, air handling units, condensers, refrigerated air dryers, air compressors, exhaust fans, ice machines, variable frequency drives, and humidifiers. Operate as a Journeyman with 5 to 8 years of commercial service experience, maintaining a valid driver's license and strong customer service rapport. This role offers a starting rate of $47.00 - $53.00 per hour with paid medical, dental, vision, pension, and provided tools.
Required Qualifications
- Well-rounded background as a Journeyman
- Minimum 5 to 8 years' experience in commercial service work
- Over 18 years of age
- High School diploma or GED
- Completed an Apprenticeship Program or equivalent education/training
- Strong written and verbal English skills
- Valid driver's license with driving record in good standing
- Ability to gain Union Membership
