Job Summary
Lead HVAC Service Technician responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of commercial HVAC equipment. Reads wiring diagrams and service manuals, documents work via company service software on the iPad, communicates effectively with customers and the office, and ensures customer satisfaction. Demonstrates accountability for time management, follows safety protocols, and can operate both independently and as part of a team. Required Qualifications
- EPA license
- 5 - 10 Years of Commercial HVAC Experience
- Must pass a drug screen
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and service manuals
- Ability to operate gauges, meters, and hand/power tools
- Ability to work alone and as a team
- MUST have an EPA license
- Ability to demonstrate accountability and follow safety protocols
