HVAC Service Technician - Sign On Bonus Up to $5000

Perform thorough and accurate HVAC inspections and execute all repairs and replacements to applicable codes. Facilitate parts orders for appointments, submit purchase orders to dispatch, and effectively communicate with customers regarding questions or concerns. Train, coach, and mentor apprentices while maintaining a courteous demeanor with all associates. This role requires EPA certification, a high school diploma or GED, and 3 to 5 years of verifiable HVAC experience. NATE certification and HVAC certification are preferred. Applicants must have a valid driver's license and pass pre-employment drug screens and background checks. Year-round work is available with no layoffs, and a sign-on or relocation bonus of up to $5,000 is offered.
