Job Summary
Perform thorough HVAC inspections, execute repairs and replacements to applicable codes, and facilitate parts orders to ensure service preparedness. Submit purchase orders to dispatch, communicate effectively with customers regarding concerns, and train, coach, and mentor apprentices while maintaining a courteous demeanor. Requires EPA certification, 3–5 years of HVAC experience, and knowledge of residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Valid driver's license required; NATE certification preferred. Year-round work with no layoffs; sign-on bonus up to $2,500.
Required Qualifications
- Have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of verifiable work experience in the HVAC industry.
- Knowledge of the fundamental operational functionality of residential air conditioning, heating, and ventilation equipment.
- Able to troubleshoot problems with refrigerant, electrical, and duct systems on HVAC equipment.
- EPA Certified.
- A High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Valid driver's license
Desired Qualifications
- NATE Certification preferred.
- HVAC certification or Diploma preferred.
