HVAC Service Technician

Job Summary
Service, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems, including RTUs, boilers, chillers, and AHUs. Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and control system issues while conducting scheduled preventative maintenance to ensure reliability and code compliance. Troubleshoot building automation systems, read blueprints and schematics, and perform detailed inspections to identify deficiencies. Respond to emergency service calls, complete quality control reviews on service work, and accurately document activities. Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local codes while communicating technical information with facility teams. Hold and retain an H/CFC universal license with experience in hydronic and DX cooling circuits.
Required Qualifications
- Hold and retain relevant H/CFC universal license
- Experience with RTU's, Boilers, MAU's, AHU's, Fans, Pumps, Cooling Towers, VAV/FPB's. Automation Systems, Chillers
- Understanding of Hydronic systems and DX cooling circuits and components
- Must have working knowledge of all trade materials and tools
- Ability to lift and carry 51 to 75 lbs. occasionally, and/or 31 to 45 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 16 to 22 pounds of force constantly to move objects
