Job Summary
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems (furnaces, heat pumps, A/C units, etc.). Perform routine maintenance, system tune-ups, and component replacements. Communicate clearly with homeowners about service needs and recommendations. Accurately document work performed and maintain organized records. Follow all safety and company protocols while maintaining a clean, professional work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on field experience in residential HVAC service
- EPA 608 Certification (minimum Type II)
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
