Job Summary
Install, test, maintain, and repair rental HVAC equipment in-house and at customer sites across North America. Diagnose technical issues efficiently, resolve them or collaborate with team experts, and deliver hands-on customer support including training users on proper equipment care. Maintain accurate service records using modern tools, travel to customer sites, and adapt to on-call rotations and seasonal overtime as needed. Always prioritize safety on the road, in the shop, and at customer locations.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical experience in HVAC/R, equipment service, field maintenance, or a related area
- good mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read and apply electrical schematics & blueprints
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
- Great communication skills
- A safety-first mindset
- proven track record of working responsibly in shop or field settings
- EPA Universal, CDL or HVAC certifications
- willingness to obtain EPA Universal, CDL or HVAC certifications
- A clean driving record
- Travel to customer sites
- support on-call rotations
- adapt to seasonal overtime
Desired Qualifications
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills (mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic a plus)
