Job Summary
HVAC Service Technician responsible for routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems in Crystal River, FL. Operate a variety of hand and power tools to inspect, repair, and maintain furnaces, condensers, and compressors. Build client relationships through strong communication and customer service, educate clients on system maintenance, identify opportunities to improve home comfort, document service performed and recommendations, and ensure all tasks meet quality and safety standards. Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in maintenance, diagnosing & troubleshooting, and correcting diverse HVAC system issues
- Mechanical aptitude

- Results driven in a high-energy environment
- Attention to detail
- Must be able to follow directions and work independently
- Service Titan experience preferred
