Job Summary
HVAC Service Technician responsible for routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems, inspecting and servicing furnaces, condensers, and compressors using hand and power tools, building strong client relationships through clear communication, educating customers on system requirements, identifying opportunities to improve home comfort, and documenting services and recommendations while adhering to quality and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in maintenance, diagnosing & troubleshooting HVAC systems
- Mechanical aptitude
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Results driven in a high-energy environment
- Attention to detail
- Ability to follow directions and work independently
- Service Titan experience preferred
Desired Qualifications
