Job Summary
Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues, including electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant problems. Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards. Mentor and train junior technicians on best practices and troubleshooting techniques. Maintain accurate records of service calls and repairs. Communicate effectively with customers to explain service issues and recommend solutions. Requires valid HVAC certification, three years of experience, and a clean driving record. Located in Murfreesboro, TN.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid HVAC certification or license
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC service and repair
- Valid Driver's license with clean 3-year record-MAX 2 incidents within 3 years
- Advanced troubleshooting abilities
- Strong communication skills
- Leadership skills
- Solid understanding of HVAC systems and components
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree in HVAC technology or a related field
