Job Summary
Perform routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems by operating hand and power tools to inspect, repair, and conduct maintenance on furnaces, condensers, and compressors. Diagnose all aspects of HVAC systems, provide customers with repair options and pricing, order parts, and collect payment while ensuring work meets local and national codes. Mentor HVAC installers and build client relationships through strong communication skills. Educate clients on system maintenance requirements and identify opportunities to improve home comfort systems. Document all service performed and recommendations made using applicable forms, reports, and logs. Complete tasks in accordance with quality and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in maintenance, diagnosing & troubleshooting, and correcting diverse HVAC system issues
- EPA Universal required
- Must be able to follow directions and work independently
- Mechanical aptitude
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations
- Results driven in a high-energy environment
- Attention to detail
Desired Qualifications
- Nate Certification Preferred
- Service Titan experience preferred
