Job Summary
Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating, air conditioning, and furnace systems using hand and power tools. Perform routine maintenance on condensers and compressors while documenting all service work in applicable logs and reports. Build client relationships by educating homeowners on system maintenance and identifying comfort improvements, then collect payment upon completion. Mentor HVAC installers and ensure all tasks adhere to local and national safety codes. Requires EPA Universal certification and 3+ years of HVAC troubleshooting experience. Market value compensation ranges from $22.00 to $30.00 per hour with a bonus and commission plan.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Servicing, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and correcting diverse HVAC system issues
- EPA Universal required
- Mechanical aptitude
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations
- Results driven in a high-energy environment
- Attention to detail
- Must be able to follow directions and work independently
