Job Summary
Review your schedule and prepare for service calls, then safely travel to residential and commercial locations to diagnose, repair, and maintain heating and cooling systems. Perform quality installations, troubleshoot issues, and conduct preventive maintenance on indoor air quality equipment while interacting with customers to ensure their comfort and satisfaction. This full-time role includes Monday through Friday hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional weekends, overtime, and evenings as needed. Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in HVAC installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance in a lead position
- EPA certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and an insurable driving record
- Registered TDLR
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and navigate small crawl spaces
- Must be available for occasional weekends, overtime, and evenings

- NATE certification
