Job Summary
HVAC Service Technician needed to install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems. Responsibilities include routine inspections and preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and diagnosing issues, delivering excellent customer service, adhering to safety policies and regulations, and keeping accurate records of work and parts. Requires 2+ years of residential HVAC experience, knowledge of HVAC components and controls, ability to use hand and power tools, valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills; able to work independently or in a team. High school diploma or equivalent is required; HVAC certification or technical training preferred. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of residential HVAC service experience
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and controls
- Ability to use hand and power tools required for HVAC installation and repair
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varied weather conditions
- High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC certification or technical training preferred
