Job Summary
As an HVAC Service Technician, perform expert residential HVAC repairs, system diagnostics, tune-ups, and installations. Build strong, positive relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service and communicating findings clearly. Maintain high levels of professionalism, honesty, and reliability while following safety standards and company protocols. Document work and recommendations using ServiceTitan or similar software; maintain organized tools and work areas. Must read blueprints/diagrams, apply problem-solving skills under pressure, manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment, and stay current with HVAC trade developments. Required Qualifications
- Proven residential HVAC service and repair experience
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, diagnostics, and best practices
- Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, manuals, and schematics
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
