Job Summary
HVAC Service Technician responsible for service, repair, and maintenance of residential and light commercial HVAC systems; perform troubleshooting to determine necessary repairs and handle installation tasks for split and packaged units (installation duties temporary). Duties include customer communication, maintaining a clean job area and vehicle, adhering to safety practices, and using company tools/technology as directed. Must be available Monday–Friday with potential for weekend hours; background checks and drug screen required. Credentials include high school diploma or equivalent, HVAC technician experience (3+ years preferred), EPA certification (and NATE certification preferred), valid driver's license with clean record. Required Qualifications

- 3 years of HVAC technician experience (preferred)
- N.A.T.E. certification (preferred)
- EPA certification
- Strong communication skills and technical competence
