Job Summary
HVAC Service Technician needed to diagnose and troubleshoot Residential Air Conditioning systems, present customer solutions, and provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities include diagnosing/troubleshooting A/C equipment, coordinating with the Team Lead on sold systems and parts, presenting accurate estimates, handling customer objections, and offering options. Requires 2 years of residential service experience, ability to explain AC problems to customers, and pass background and drug tests; valid driver's license with good driving record. Required Qualifications
- 2 years in Residential Service/Trouble shooting A/C Equipment
- Ability to coordinate with Team Lead regarding sold systems, parts, and accurately presenting estimates
- Ability to deal with customers, explain AC problems, handle objections, and present options
- Ability to pass a background check and a drug test
- Valid Driver License and a good driving record
