Job Summary
HVAC Service Technician who assesses HVAC systems to determine repair or replacement needs, communicates recommendations to customers, performs service and repair work with technical excellence, tests systems post-service, inspects for reliability, explains services to customers to ensure satisfaction, and completes paperwork with detailed invoices; also identifies potential system additions or replacements to provide leads to the sales team. Requires strong communication and customer service skills, a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to pass background check and drug screen; HVAC trade program is highly preferred.
