Job Summary
Experienced HVAC Service Technician responsible for traveling to client sites to inspect, troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and install a variety of HVAC equipment in commercial, facilities, and industrial environments. Roles include preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and handling equipment such as rooftop units, chillers, cooling towers, hot water/steam boilers, packaged air conditioners, air handling units, condensers, chilled water pumps, refrigerants and related components. Ideal candidates will have a Journeyman background, strong customer service, excellent organization, and 5–8 years of commercial service experience with proficiency in English and a valid driver’s license. The position includes operating company vehicles, interacting with clients, and contributing to a growing, long-term team in the Colorado Springs, CO area, with company-provided tools, vehicle, and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Over 18 years of age
- High School diploma or GED
- Completed an Apprenticeship Program or equivalent education/training
- Strong written and verbal English skills
- Valid driver's license with driving record in good standing
- Ability to gain Union Membership
- Minimum 5 to 8 years’ experience in commercial service work
