Job Summary
HVAC Technician needed to enter customers’ homes to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential heating and cooling systems; perform planned maintenance and respond to issues with a focus on customer service. Role includes paid training, sign-on bonus up to $3,000, competitive base pay with bonuses, and opportunities for advancement; eligible technicians can earn over $100K/year. Requires relevant licenses/certifications, a valid driver’s license with clean driving record, ability to pass background and drug tests, and strong customer service and communication skills.
